Aqua Tabata
Take your training to the next level with this high-intensity interval training (HIIT) program – water style! Weight No More
Perfect for older adults, pre- or post-surgery participants, or anyone seeking gentle yet effective conditioning. DNA Aqua Kick Fit
An original DNA Aquatics creation, Aqua Kick Fit is designed for fast results. Using kickboards, fins and hand paddles, you’ll move through structured kick sets that target the tummy, butt and legs. With expert guidance on technique and progression, this class is both challenging and rewarding. Once you see (and feel) the results, you’ll be hooked!
