DNA Aqua Deep Water
This is a perfect pool for a deep water class Kepnock 25m 8 lane pool!
Exercising in deep water gives you a highly efficient aqua aerobics workout due to the majority of your body being submerged in water.
The natural compression of the water creates resistance I like to call "resistant cardio". Ticking all the boxes for training.
If you tend to be more buoyant, you work hard to keep yourself constantly fighting the urge to float. If you're a sinker, you work hard with the equipment to assist for buoyancy, you feel supported while working hard.
We use noodles, kickboard, dumbbells and barbells both for assistance and resistance.
Deepwater Aqua is particularly helpful if you wish to avoid the rebound from the pool floor, and therefore great for those with back, knees & joint issues. Join Jo and Donna for this one!

Poolates
Poolates with Rose
Poolates combines water fitness with the traditional principles of Pilates. It focuses on the development of core strength, flexíbility. balance, and coordination. By challenging your body this way it not only gives you inner strength and stability in your daily lives but helps to produce beautiful long lean muscles. Poolates is soothing to the mind and spírit, and provides a healthy alterative to the land- based version.
This program designed and developed by Rose is one of a kind. You can come and go at anytime during the hour. A great weekly add-on to compliment your Fitness schedule.

Aqua Tabata
Combining high intensity interval training with the pressure and resistive forces of water is a mariage made ín workout heaven! The exercises are performed in bursts with periods of recovery. We don't ever stop! The hydrostatic pressure of the water aids blood flow back to the heart, which results in an increase in stroke volume. This effect decreases heart rate even though the exercise intensity is at a peak level. The decrease in heart rate and rapid recovery time makes Aqua Tabata suitable for a wide range of participants.
So much variation within this program delivered by both Instructors with and without equipment.


Weight no More
Weight No More is the perfect way to ease into exercise in a safe, supportive, and low-impact environment. Led by the compassionate and experienced Rose, this class is ideal for anyone managing injuries, chronic conditions, or preparing for/recovering from surgery. The buoyancy of the water helps reduce strain on joints while still providing an effective workout that improves mobility, strength, and overall wellbeing. All fitness levels welcome. If you’re feeling strong and don't need extra support, you’re still welcome to attend and challenge yourself at a higher pace.

DNA Aqua30
Fast. Fierce. Fun. DNA Aqua30 is a high-intensity, fast-paced aqua workout packed into 30 powerful minutes. We’ve taken the hardest, fastest tracks from our regular Aqua Aerobics and turned up the intensity — longer sets, no breaks, and non-stop movement. The music pumps as hard as your muscles, driving you through a fun, full-body burn that leaves you energised and strong. If you're ready to level up your Aqua game, this is your session. All fitness levels welcome — just bring the energy!

DNA Aqua KickFit
DNA Aqua KickFit is a water-based workout where you use a kickboard for support and wear swim fins to boost propulsion. You’ll move up and down our 25m pool following a kickset pattern designed to build cardio fitness, burn calories, and tone your lower body — all while being fully supported by the water. You will learn different kicks to challenge you. Once you have learnt this program you go it alone at your own pace. Great for groups of friends who like to catch while moving through the water. This is a great way to look and feel as fit as a swimmer without needing to be a swimmer. Perfect for all fitness levels!
